Frequently asked questions

Lunaume is a European women's wellbeing brand offering three daily rituals, Clarity, Balance and Restore, designed around the natural rhythm of the day. Each ritual is a powder sachet formulated with science-backed ingredients to support cognitive function, hormonal balance, energy, and recovery. Lunaume is made in Europe under GMP and ISO 22000 certified manufacturing.

Lunaume is designed for women in their 30s to 50s who lead full, demanding lives and want wellbeing support that fits into their day rather than adding to it. Whether you are managing a career, a family, or both, each ritual is built to meet you where you already are.

A single supplement cannot meaningfully support focus at 7am and deep sleep at 9pm. The needs are different, so the formulations should be too. Clarity is formulated for morning cognitive function and metabolic support. Balance is formulated for midday hormonal balance and stress resilience. Restore is formulated for evening relaxation and sleep quality. Each one does one job well, at the moment it matters most.

Dissolve one sachet in 150ml of water cold or warm. Clarity is taken in the morning, Balance at midday, and Restore in the evening. Each sachet takes around thirty seconds to prepare. You can take one ritual, two, or all three, depending on where you want to begin.

Yes. The three rituals are formulated to complement each other across the full day. There is no ingredient overlap that would cause excessive intake. Many Lunaume customers use the full daily ritual, morning, midday and evening, as part of their daily rhythm.

Clarity is a morning ritual built around citicoline, Ceylon cinnamon and vitamin D3 to support cognitive focus, metabolic function and immune health. Balance is a midday ritual built around myo-inositol, yellow maca, L-tyrosine and rhodiola to support hormonal balance, stress resilience and steady energy. Restore is an evening ritual built around glycine, L-theanine, two forms of magnesium, saffron and PQQ to support deep relaxation, sleep quality and cellular recovery. Each ritual is a separate formulation designed for one specific moment of the day.

Each ritual has a different formulation. Clarity contains citicoline, Ceylon cinnamon extract, acacia fibre, chromium, vitamin D3 and vitamin K2. Balance contains myo-inositol, yellow maca, L-tyrosine, cranberry, rhodiola rosea, phosphatidylserine, evening primrose, D-chiro-inositol, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12. Restore contains glycine, L-theanine from green tea, two forms of magnesium (malate and bisglycinate), chamomile, lemon balm, sage, coenzyme Q10, saffron and PQQ. Every ingredient, its dose and its function are published on the product pages and printed on the box.

Every ingredient in a Lunaume ritual is selected based on published nutritional research and included at a dose that reflects that research. There are no proprietary blends and no ingredients included at token amounts.

Balance and Restore are formulated entirely with plant-based and mineral ingredients. Clarity contains vitamin D3 derived from lanolin, a natural animal-derived source. If you follow a strictly vegan diet, please note this before purchasing Clarity.

Restore contains green tea leaf extract, which naturally contains a small amount of caffeine alongside 200 mg of L-theanine. L-theanine promotes calm without drowsiness, and the caffeine content is significantly lower than a cup of tea. Clarity and Balance do not contain any caffeine.

Balance contains 2,000 mg of myo-inositol and 50 mg of D-chiro-inositol, a 40:1 ratio. This ratio reflects the proportion most widely studied in research on hormonal and metabolic support. The two forms of inositol work together, and the ratio is deliberate rather than arbitrary.

Restore includes magnesium malate (484 mg, providing 60.5 mg elemental magnesium) and magnesium bisglycinate (260 mg, providing 52 mg elemental magnesium). Different forms of magnesium use different absorption pathways and serve different roles. Bisglycinate is known for high bioavailability and is well tolerated in the evening. Malate supports energy metabolism and muscle function. Using two forms provides broader coverage than a single source.

No. Lunaume rituals contain no proprietary blends, no artificial sweeteners, no artificial colours, no titanium dioxide, and no magnesium stearate. They are also free from all EU-listed allergens under Regulation No. 1169/2011.

Restore contains green tea leaf extract and should not be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women or by anyone under 18 years old. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication, please consult your doctor before using any Lunaume ritual.

Lunaume rituals are manufactured in Europe at a GMP, ISO 22000:2018 and HACCP certified facility. Quality control includes microbiology screening, contaminant analysis and identity verification of every active ingredient.
